Tatarstan President held meeting at JSC “TANECO”

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov has held a working meeting on issues of constructing Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants (project “TANECO”) on June, 22 in Nizhnekamsk. His visit started from examining objects of the First launching complex “TANECO”. At construction site Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by Secretary of RT Security Council Valery Vlasov, RT Deputy prime minister – minister of energetics Ilshat Fardiev, Director general of JSC “Tatneft” Shafagat Takhautdinov, Head of Nizhnekamsk municipal region Aidar Metshin, Director general of JSC “TANECO” Khamza Bagmanov and heads of contracting organizations.

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized two goals for participants of project realization. One of them is finishing main construction-assembly works at the stage 1A1 within two months. It is necessary to provide procurement of equipment and materials in time, high quality of works, to mobilize human resources and finish execution of documentation to realize it. Another one is arrangement of qualified staff for future production. Total need for personnel for the First launching complex makes 1647 people. For today 750 employees are accepted in staff.

Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that such complicated and high-tech production as Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants needs experienced specialists and working staff. RT President addressed heads of JSC “TAIF-NK”, JSC “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, JSC “Nizhnekamskshina” with request to help “TANECO” with solving staff issue and organization of practices at similar productions.

Assessing course of project realization, Rustam Minnikhanov said that construction works are carried out within the limits of approved schedule.
