Rustam Minnikhanov holds board session of PJSC Tatneft

On February 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular board session of PJSC Tatneft in Kazan.

The meeting summarized the results of the company’s budget execution for January and approved the budget for March 2016, discussed the construction progress and strategy for further development of the TANECO project.

The following technological installations of the Complex are currently in the final implementation phase: delayed coking unit, naphtha splitter and naphtha hydrotreatment unit. The active phase of realization now includes the following projects: naphtha isomerization, CDU-AVT-6, the first phase of aromatics production and aromatics extraction complex, heavy gas oil hydrotreatment, coking, diesel fuel hydrotreatment, kerosene hydrotreatment and heavy oil residues hydroconversion.

In general, the work on reducing the cost of delivered materials and searching of alternative suppliers is carried out; the control over the quality of the construction and installation works has been intensified and certain measures on increasing the efficiency of the labor resources utilization are being implemented.

The Board of Directors considered the issues of holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the results of 2015 and a number of other issues of the Company’s activities.
