Rustam Minnikhanov arrives at Ammoni plant

On February 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin, Board Chairman of OAO “Ammoni” Rinat Khanbikov and other officials arrived in the Mendeleevsk region to take part in a solemn launching of the Complex producing ammonia, granulated carbamide and methanol "Ammoni".

Upon arrival Minnikhanov looked around the complex and was told about operation of the production departments. According to the engineers, the plant produces 615 tons of methanol, 2050 tons of ammonia and carbamide.

Later on the same day, the president took part in the official opening ceremony of the Ammoni complex.
