Golden Tulip Hospitality expresses interest in presence on Kazan’s hotel market

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with representatives of the Golden Tulip Hospitality Group on June 10.

The meeting took place at the RT House of Government.

At the meeting, the representatives of Golden Tulip Hispitality expressed the company’s interest in coming to the hotel market of Kazan. They draw the President’s attention to their extensive expertise in hotel construction and management worldwide, including Russia. Today, one of the company’s objectives is to be in Russian regions. They believe Kazan offers very good prospects for the development of hotel business.

President Minnikhanov in his turn remarked that the Tatarstan capital is becoming a tourist centre. Kazan will host the World Summer Student Sport Games in 2013; it will also stimulate more tourists and guests coming to the city. The republic appreciates the interest of the company with a world known name in the hotel business and the hospitality sphere, Rustam Minnikhanov said. He suggested that Golden Tulip Hospitality should consider building a hotel near the Universiade 2013 Village. The district boasts good infrastructure, logistics and stand on the highway connecting the city centre and the airport.
