Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visits Menzelinsk Municipal District

June 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working visit to the Menzelinsk Municipal District, Tatarstan.

During the visit the head of the republic attended the opening of the children’s educational centre Altynchech that opened its doors after renovation.

Then, the President and accompanying people visited the countryside health camp Polyanka that works year-round. The construction of the camp was funded by OAO Tatenergo.

Rustam Minnikhanov also took part in the opening of the district festival of Sabantui.

Among those accompanying the President during the visit to the Menzelinsk Municipal District were RT Vice-Premier Ilshat Fardiev, RT Education and Science Minister Albert Gilmutdinov, head of the district Giorgy Kupriyanov and other officials.
