Contest of social projects started in Tatarstan

Contest of social projects has started in Tatarstan. Presentation of the contest was held today in RT Cabinet at session of republican interdepartmental commission on improving living standards and income legalization in format of video conference. RT first vice-premier Ravil Muratov held the session.

Director general of charitable fund “Lukoil” Igor Beketov told that the contest is held by four key nominations: “ecology”, “charity”, “culture and sport”, “native land” and special nomination “Great Victory” dedicated to 65-anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War. Size of grants for winners reaches 500 000 roubles.

The contest is aimed at supporting initiatives of public organizations and population in solving urgent social problems.

Non-commercial non-government organizations, state, municipal budget organizations, bodies of local self government, mass media can take part in the contest. Political parties, labor union organizations, physical parties, commercial organizations and religious associations can not participate.

Contest of social projects is held by charitable fund “Lukoil” and JSC “Ritek” (the main enterprise of “Lukoil” group functioning in Tatarstan).
