Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov: republican project “Human resources reserve” will be continued

Winners of the Republican project ‘Human resources reserve-2009’ met with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at the RT house of Government on June 3.

The first meeting of the ‘reservists’ with Rustam Minnikhanov took place on March 2. At the meeting the winners of the project were assigned to republican ministries and agencies for internship. Today, they presented their reports and proposals on how to improve the work of government bodies to the RT President.

Rustam Minnikhanov was interested in proposals on improving the work of executive power bodies.

Proposals of the ‘reservists’ concerned various spheres - improvement of the system of volunteer groups, e-medicine, leasing of agricultural machinery, work of press services. Many of them were connected with educational sector.

Rustam Minnikhanov stated the programme of the Human resources reserve would be continued. He thanked the youth and wished success.

For information: The project “Human resources reserve” has been realized in republic since January, 2009 by public organization “Academy of creative youth of RT” with support of RT Ministry of youth affairs, sport and tourism. Participants went through 4 stages of full-time and extramural training. Every stage included theoretical and practical classes in spheres of management, social planning, psychology, sociology, politology, foreign languages, and master classes. By results of contest procedures 20 people have become the winners.

In March 2010 the last stage of project started – practice of the winners in executive power bodies which finished in May.

Among the key areas of the project are intensive and efficient training of participants based on modern technologies and realization of a large number of socially significant actions, events and projects in practice.

Staffs of state power bodies and administration, legislative power, heads of public organizations, public figures, key specialists, scientists and teachers from Tatarstan and other Russian regions are attracted as teachers and experts of the project.

In the course of project realization it is planned to interact with higher educational institutions of Russia and Tatarstan, federal and republican ministries, mass media, republican and all-Russia public organizations.
