Ildar Khalikov: The order has been imposed in real estate industry whereas there is still much to do in the sphere of land relations

On February 2, at a session of Tatarstan Ministry of Land and Property, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov said that the order has been imposed in real estate industry whereas there is still much to do in the sphere of land relations.

Ildar Khalikov congratulated employees of the ministry on the 25th anniversary and noted that all set tasks were fulfilled in 2015. He continued that another important area in the ministry work is increasing efficiency of management of publicly owned companies.

Ildar Khalikov also mentioned the problem of a large number of unused properties and asked heads of regions and Ministry of Land and Property to control its transfer to municipal property or selling to private parties.
