Ildar Khalikov hands over awards to winners of 11th annual student prize of the Republic of Tatarstan “Student of the year”

On January 25, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov handed over awards to winners of 11th annual student prize of the Republic of Tatarstan “Student of the year”.

The Grand Prix was handed over to Diana Mamakova from Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the Kazan institute of economics, law and management. A special prize was handed over to Ainur Mingarayev from Kazan radio mechanical college.

On his own behalf and on behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Ildar Khalikov congratulated students on the Student’s day.

“I want to congratulate you and say thank you, best students of a big 200-thousand army of Tatarstan students. Best sportsmen, volunteers, creative students, those who do not only study but create the future of the Republic of Tatarstan. These happy years and memories and everything that you can do today are building into the future of Tatarstan.”
