Rustam Minnikhanov calls fans of Ak Bars hockey team for supporting the team

On January 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov expressed words of encouragement to Ak Bars hockey team. Answering the question from a journalist whether he believes in the victory of Ak Bars, he said that fans should always believe in the team they support.

Rustam Minnikhanov added that the team is now at the forming stage, so "we need to be patient and support the hockey players and the club in general".

“We trust the chief coach of Ak Bars. The team is now forming and some failures are quite explicable. We know that there are a lot of injured players in the team and we should take this fact into account. We need to be patient and support our favourite hockey team and its chief coach,” Minnikhanov said.
