Rustam Minnikhanov was re-elected to the post of chairman of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” Directors board

Yearly general shareholders meeting of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” on results of work in 2009 was held under the chairmanship of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Standard issues of yearly meeting were discussed there.

Director general of holding Rafinat Yarullin made the key report. By his words last year was marked by making strategic decisions. Republican program of developing oil-gas-chemical complex for 2010-2014 years was adopted. Taking into account financial crisis attention is paid to development of inner market of consuming production of the complex. Last year investments into oil-gas-chemical complex made 77 bln. roubles despite financial crisis (it mainly concerns project “TANEKO”).

The assembly elected board of directors of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding”. It consists of 21 people. They are: RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, First deputy prime minister of RT Ravil Muratov, RT Deputy minister of energy Irina Larochkina, Aide to Prime minister on issues of oil-gas-chemical complex Rinat Sabirov, Chairman of RT Committee on developing small and medium enterprises Timur Shagivaleev, Head of section of council on scientific-technical and innovative policy under RT Academy of sciences, professor of Kazan state university Renat Muslimov.

Heads of leading republican companies remain the members of directors board. New members are RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov.

Rustam Minnikhanov was re-elected to the post of chairman of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” directors board.

JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” was founded in accordance with RT President Edict in 1993 for improving management of oil-gas-chemical complex. The holding is coordination-expert centre working in wide range of areas of oil-gas-chemical complex. Though, it is not occupied with production of industrial items. Among shareholders of holding are JSC “Svyazinvestheftehim”, RT Ministry of land and property relations, JSC “Tatneft”, JSC “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, JSC “Kazanorgsintez”, JSC “Nizhnekamskshina”.
