Ildar Khalikov: Work of authorities in rule-making sphere is well-coordinated in Tatarstan

On January 20, at a session of Tatarstan Ministry of Justice, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov said that by results of 2015, the ministry reached annual indexes and indicators of work efficiency estimate.

Minister of Justice of the republic Larisa Glukhova reported that the plan of law-making activity of the Cabinet of Ministers was completely fulfilled. Executive authorities also carried out unplanned work, including the preparation of 28 bills.

Some amendments were introduced to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers №441 “On measures on improving law-making activity of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The amendments imply monitoring of federal and regional legislation for revealing the need for passing normative and legal acts, including by-law acts.
