First centre of technical solutions of “Panasonic” company opened in Kazan

Today Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov met with President of company “Panasonic Rus” Junichiro Kitagawa in House of RT government. Parties discussed realization of joint projects.

We remind that today the Centre of technical solutions of “Panasonic” company has opened on the territory of techno-park “Idea” in Kazan.

By words of RT vice-premier – minister of informatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov it is the first centre in Russia.

During the meeting with Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov further perspectives of cooperation between Tatarstan and “Panasonic” company were discussed.

“Today everyone knows “Panasonic” just by consumer goods, but it is also technological solutions for industrial enterprises, video surveillance, interactive boards for comprehensive schools. Moreover, such advanced technology as three-dimensional television. All these innovations will be presented in the centre of technical solutions (Kazan). For us this means being more competitive region”, - Nikolay Nikiforov said.

“We are sure that Kazan and the Volga region are those areas with serious perspectives of development in the nearest future. We are convinced of the fact that our technologies and solutions will help Kazan to flourish and develop”, - Mr Kitagawa said.

Junichiro Kitagawa noted likewise that his visit to Kazan was the first one and he was impressed by use of advanced technologies here. For instance, at sport objects being constructed for World summer Universiade 2013.

He also informed that since 1988 “Panasonic” company has had experience of participation in such sport events being the sponsor of various Olympic games.

President of OOO “Panasonic Rus” said that the company intends to take part in realization of project “TANECO”. It is meant that it will deliver equipment for video surveillance. Besides, the company is interested in delivering interactive boards “Panaboard” for comprehensive schools, protected laptops for law enforcement agencies, health care system, etc
