Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov: visit of Byelorussian delegation to Tatarstan will prompt to find new common grounds

Members of official delegation of Belarus Republic headed by Prime Minister Sergey Sidorsky saw enterprises of JSC “KAMAZ” (Naberezhnye Chelny). The guests were accompanied by head of RT government Ildar Khalikov.

We remind that Byelorussian delegation is in Tatarstan with a two-day visit. Within frameworks of trip to Kama zone of Tatarstan the delegation visited joint enterprise “Kamminz-Kama” (concern Cummins Inc. and JSC “KAMAZ”) where engines “Kamminz” for heavyweights are produced.

The next object in Naberezhnye Chelny was a scientific-technical centre of JSC “KAMAZ”. The samples of machinery produced by “Auto Giant” such as “KAMAZ-4308”, “KAMAZ-5308”, etc. were exhibited in front of the centre.

A famous Russian racing driver Vladimir Chagin told about features of “KAMAZ-4326” - a winner of rally Dakar.

Kama industrial park “Master” was also presented to members of Byelorussian delegation. Director general of JSC “KAMAZ” Sergey Kogogin told about potential of industrial park and development of small and medium enterprises on its base.

KIP “Master” was founded in 2005 on the territory of former plant “Remdiesel” (branch of JSC “KAMAZ”).

OOO “Leninogorsk mechanical plant” is one the residents of KIP “Master”. Production here is oriented to needs of JSC “KAMAZ”.

Answering the questions of mass media Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov emphasized that Belarus Republic is traditionally the partner of Republic Tatarstan, the leader among CIS countries in spheres of cooperation. By his words many projects in machine building and petrochemistry unite Tatarstan and Byelorussia.

“This visit will prompt the both republics to find new common grounds, - Ildar Khalikov said. – These are: machine building, production of tractors, automobile production, petrochemistry.
