RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited several republican ministries

Today RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov has visited several republican ministries and studies their activity.

Ildar Khalikov met with Head of Ministry of interiors Asgat Safarov, reviewed facilities and equipment, had a look at memorial complex, duty department and anti-crisis centre under RT Cabinet.

Ildar Khalikov and Asgat Safarov discussed issues of operational-official activity of interior bodies.

Then, Ildar Khalikov visited RT Ministry of transport and road facilities. He saw the ministry’s building, studied activity of several departments - department of regional programs, department of federal programs, department of cargo transportations and logistics and department of passenger transportations.

RT Prime Minister was accompanied by Head of RT Ministry of transport Lenar Safin, minister’s deputies, head of department of construction, transport, communications, housing-communal and road facilities under RT Cabinet office Ildar Sibgatullin.

Head of Tatarstan government paid special attention to work of State institution “Directorate “Regional automated information-control system of RT Ministry of transport and road construction”. Deputy minister of transport and road construction Azat Galiakhmetov reported in details on the system’s work.

Today 811 buses in republic are connected to automated information-control system, including 269 school buses in municipal regions and buses which serve interurban transportations (GPS/GLONASS system). Information is transmitted to State traffic safety inspection on republic Tatarstan, RT Ministry of education and science, centre of emergency medicine and other institutions. Control for buses has showed positive results. From July, 2007 to February, 2010 no emergency situation with participation of school buses has been registered. Besides, GPS/GLONASS transmitters allow rendering operative help to interurban buses during the trips.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan was interested in expenses incurred by republican budget for maintenance of the system’s work, the cost of equipment and other issues.

Later, a working meeting was held in RT Ministry of transport and road facilities with participation of RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov. Minister’s deputies Pavel Chernov, Azat Galiakhmetov, Insaf Khairullin reported on ministry’s structure and key principles of its activity.

Ildar Khalikov also visited RT Ministry of land and property relations and RT Minsitry of labor, employment and social protection.
