Ildar Khalikov visits new house in M-14 neighborhood in Privolzhsky district in Kazan

On December 30, a first 89-apartment house built under the regional social mortgage programme was commissioned in a new M-14 neighborhood in Privolzhsky district in Kazan.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin congratulated its residents on moving into a new house. They also looked around a new kindergarten, the first one built in the neighborhood.

"This is an important event for all of us - the first built house in a new neighborhood. This year a multi-apartment house has been already commissioned in the Salavat Kupere residential area in Kazan and today we can congratulate the first new settlers of the M-14 neighborhood," Metshin said.

Khalikov said that Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov set a task to strictly comply with the terms of putting the first house and kindergarten in the M-14 neighborhood into operation. As a result, the builders met the challenge. For example, a kindergarten for 260 children is fully prepared and equipped, with 187 children having been registered in the pre-school facility.
