Rustam Minnikhanov gives interview on Efir TV channel

On December 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov have interview on Efir TV channel. He answered questions about plans for 2016, problems of deceived participants of shared construction and relations between the republic and the federal center.

Speaking about results of the year, Rustam Minnikhanov said that current events in the world are happening not to the benefit of the republic. First of all, it concerns low oil prices, limited access to financial markets and technologies.

As for the decrease in the amount of housing construction, the price for 1 square meter is estimated at 33, 000 rubles.  

The President reminded that many categories of population, including WWII veterans, orphan children and large families are provided with affordable housing under social mortgage programme in the republic.
