Vladimir Putin lays flowers to Eternal falme in Kazan

Today, Chairman of Russian government Vladimir Putin being with a working visit in Kazan laid flowers to the Eternal flame in Victory park.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, first vice-premier of Russia Igor Shuvalov and other officials also honored memory of veterans/ jointed him.

By the Eternal flame, Vladimir Putin talked to veterans and Hero of the Soviet Union Boris Kuznetsov.
