Ildar Khalikov opens new cultural center in Aznakaevo

On Deccember 28, in Aznakaevo, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a solemn opening of a new cultural center.

The federal and regional budgets have allocated 50 mln roubles each for building the site. The construction began in September last year. A two-storey building with a total area of 1317 square meters houses a 120-seat cinema, exhibition and dancing room, offices and workshops.

"This neighborhood is home to over 7000 people, most of whom are young people. The cultural center was a necessity and became a great gift for the New Year. Let this center be a real creative site, contribute to the spiritual enrichment of people, preservation and transmission of national customs and traditions from one generation," Head of the region Marseil Shaydullin wished.

Congratulating the residents of the area on a significant event, Khalikov presented a certificate for 100 thousand roubles to Director of the cultural center Guzel Nikolaeva. He stressed that, despite the fact that the year was difficult, Aznakayevo opened new houses and social facilities one after another, and created jobs.
