President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov : Officials are responsible for veterans have been provided with homes lest anyone be cheated

All preparatory work of provision Great Patriotic War veterans, having registered after March 1, 2005 should have be finished in Tatarstan by May 9. This way the RT Cabinet has been charged by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at a session of the Cabinet.

The meeting dealt with the issues of house commissioning as a whole in the republic and provision the veterans with apartments. Traditionally, the meeting was held in a videoconference format with inclusion of municipal regions.

President of the republic reminded that all the registered veterans must stuck to officials of municipal or republican value. He stressed that prior May 9 it is necessary to visit all the veterans and get information regarding improvement of their living conditions.

RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing, communal services Marat Khusnullin informed that initially 3830 veterans were planning to acquire housing on free market. But, according to the words of M. Khusnullin , this is the most risky version, as there is no sufficient number of flats on the market, and prices keep rising.

Mr. Khusnullin charged heads of the regions to recommend veterans buying apartments via State Housing Fund under RT President or RT Main investment-building depart.
We remind that under the SHF program it is planned to construct 4825 apartments including 64 individual houses 116 multi-apartment buildings. According to Main investment-building dept. it is planned to construct х 1102 apartments in 27 multi-apartments buildings, 765 individual houses.

In his turn, chief of RT SHF Talgat Abdullin said that after May 9 SHF would close striking agreements, this refers to the veterans likewise. “Prior this date the veterans should take up a decision on buying housing via SHF otherwise they have to look for different way of receiving apartment”- Talgat Abdullin marked..
Rustam Minnikhanov remembered that for 943 ths. roubles. (amount of Federal subsidy for improving housing conditions of war vets and persons equaled to them ) SHF and SIBD pledge granting comfortable housing for veterans.

In multi-apartment buildings it is an apartment space to 39 sq.m. If somebody intends to get apartment of more space one has to pay extra 23,5 ths. roubles. per square meter.

“We must finish all preparatory work until May 9. The task is simply to conclude the agreement but to see off the veteran up to his settling. The officials are responsible for all the veterans have been provided with housing lest anybody be cheated. This is the most difficult task to be fulfilled’- Rustam Minnikhanov stated.

During the meeting Marat Khusnullin informed that that the volume of commissioned housing in Tatarstan for 4 months of 2010 made 584 ths. sq. meters – or 29,2% of yearly plan . Under the RT SHF program 78,8 ths.sq. m. has already been built. It makes 1022 apartments.

« SHF program this year is very tense. Besides current plans, 5 ths. apartments must be constructed for veterans. The Fund should realize additional program not damaging the main line, Marat Khusnullin emphasized.

The biggest contribution in total commissioning volume for 4 months of 2010 has been made by Kazan (171,7 ths. sq.m.), Naberezhny Chelny (44,4 ths. sq. m),Laishevsky region (44,4 ths. sq.m), Almetyevsky region (33,1 ths. sq. m).
