Rustam Minnikhanov: People apply to arbitration court for fair judicial decisions

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Arbitration court of the Volga district in Kazan.

The Arbitration court of the Volga district was founded in accordance with the federal law in 1995. The court carries out inspection of legal acts passed by arbitration courts of Astrakhan, Volgograd, Penza, Samara, Saratov, Tatarstan and Ulyanovsk regions.

Rustam Minnikhanov handed over state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan - medal “For valorous labour”, and a honorary title “Honoured lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan” , and the Commendation of Tatarstan President to employees of the Arbitration court of the Volga district.

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia Oleg Sviridenko addressed the audience with the welcoming speech.
