Rustam Minnikhanov signs cooperation agreement between Tatarstan and Skolkovo Foundation

On December 16, Deputy Russian Finance Minister Andrei Ivanov and President of Skolkovo Foundation Viktor Vekselberg arrived on a working trip in Tatarstan to visit Innopolis. The guests were accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

During their visit to the Popov Technopark, Ivanov and Vekselberg were told about the pace of development of the two major economic zones of the republic - "Alabuga" and "Innopolis”, in particular, about mechanisms to attract and work with residents, creating necessary conditions for them and providing various benefits.                       

An agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and Skolkovo Foundation, a trilateral agreement between Tatarstan Communication Ministry, Innopolis and Skolkovo Foundation, as well as agreements between Innopolis University and The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology were signed today.
