Contest for best decoration of New Year tree to be held among municipalities in Tatarstan

On December 15, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Chairman of Public Chamber of the republic Anatoly Fomin told that the regional contest “Best decoration of New Year tree among municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan” will start on December 20.

The Public Chamber approved regulations and contest commission comprised of 21 people. The contest will be held from December 20 till January 25. The total prize fund of the contest makes 10 mln rubles.

Results of public opinion poll and informational support of New Year events will be taken into consideration by the commission.
