President of Tatarsan: Experience of Ulyanovsk region needs to be stidied

The project “New Village “ is being developed in settlement Aleksandrovka of municipal formation “Novomalykinsky district” of the Ulyanovsk region. Construction of prefabricated panel houses and metal–frame panel mini farms ( each for 10 breeding sows and 24 cows with a calf).

It is assumed that such an agricultural enterprise of new format will have maximally decreased production line, which enables one farmer or one family to serve it..

The project stipulates construction of apartment houses and farms of different directions.

All in all, it is planned to construct 91 objects, of which 45 pig farms, 20 milk farms, designed for maintenance 24 cattle, 26 poultry farms, tailored for maintenance 3875 poultry. Total production volume from all farms makes 1449 tons.

There will be 137 farms of different directions - caprine, sheep and fish farms on breeding sturgeons, plant farms etc.

Total investments volume in this project makes 1.5 billion roubles. New settlement Aleksandrovka after setting into operation is capable to produce the output up to 1 billion roubles.
At present, the first turn of construction is over - 24 houses ( of 130 planned ) and 24 animal farms of family type.

It is planned to complete these farms with young applicants under age of 30 with relevant education in sphere of agriculture.

As chief of project Yuri Shevchenko informed, part of houses around the farm is planned to be built in format of hostel. Here are going to live those who will have 6 months practice with further employment in a farm.

Then, contenders will be selected on contest base, they will be signed a contract with 10 years term and 25, 30 ths. rubles monthly salary. Upon 10 years expiry, residential house may turn into property of the cooperative member ( employee may buy out a house and a farm.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov showed interest that such a project might be realized in territory of the republic. But a format of cooperation should be found for you to implement similar project with us or train our specialists the technologies of creating such farms, Rustam Minnikhanov said addressing chief of the project Yuri Shevchenko.

Besides, Rustam Minnikhanov inquired on cost of square housing meter, cost of final project, logistics, veterinary service provision with fodders, etc.
