“Saria Bio Industries” intends to become a resident of special economic zone “Alabuga”

Company “Saria Bio Industries” intends to become a resident of special economic zone “Alabuga” in Republic of Tatarstan. Company’s representatives informed about it today at the meeting with RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in House of RT government, Kazan.

“Saria Bio Industries” is one of the enterprises of transnational concern Saria which is occupied with collection of inedible stuff of animal nature for its utilization to get fodder flour of animal nature and technical animal fat. It is the member of Rethmann AG & Co. KG (Germany).

“Saria Bio Industries” company has 40 processing plants located in Germany, France, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic and Spain. In 2008 the plant was build in Belarus. 15 mln. euro were invested into its construction.

Project of constructing plant for production of animal fats and meat – bones flour on the territory of special economic zone “Alabuga” was presented to Rustam Minnikhanov at the meeting. It is meant that stuff for processing will be delivered from regions of Volga federal district. About 70 000 tones of stuff is expected to be processed per year, 17,5 thousand tones of meat – bones flour and 7 000 tones of animal fat is to be produced according to the project.

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that republican leadership, in its turn, will support the project in every way.
