Mikhail Babich arrives on working trip in Kazan

On December 9, Russian Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, who arrived on working trip in Kazan, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials. Mikhail Babich will take part in a solemn event dedicated to the Heroes of the Fatherland Day at M.Dzhalil Tatar State Opera and Ballet theatre.

Upon arrival Babich will visit the “Memorial Book” complex in Victory Park.
