Rustam Minnikhanov is on working visit in Turkmenistan

On December 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on working visit in Turkmenistan. Upon arrival, accompanied by representatives of local authorities he laid flowers to the Monument of Neutrality.

Later on the same day, Rustam Minnikhanov met with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov.
