Ravil Akhmetshin has become new Plenipotentiary of Republic Tatarstan to Russian Federation

Ravil Akhmetshin has become new plenipotentiary of Republic Tatarstan to Russian Federation. The edict about his assignment was signed by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Today Ravil Akhmetshin was presented to the staff of representative office of Tatarstan in Moscow by Head of RT President office Yury Kamaltynov. Major General of Police Ravil Akhmetshin was born in Almetyevsk region. Since December, 2006 he has been the First deputy head of Chief information-analytical centre of Russian Ministry of interiors.

In 1982 he graduated from department of Tatar language and literature at the faculty of history and philology at Kazan state university. There he also received the second juridical education. Later Ravil Akhmetshin continued education at Financial academy under RF government and defended Candidate's dissertation in 2006.
