Results of the contest “Best government employee of the Republic of Tatarstan” summarized

On December 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over awards to 12 winners of the contest “Best government employee of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The president offered to send four of them to the training at SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management.

The contest aims to reveal and encourage best employees of the public administration sector. By results of the first rounds of the contest held at regional ministries and agencies 71 employees were chosen. They passed tests to show their knowledge of legislation and the level of state and foreign languages, and took part in a business game to show high level of professional skills and managerial qualities, commitment to state service, teamwork skills, proactiveness and working efficiency.

At the final round competitors presented their projects to a regional contest commission comprised of heads of Tatarstan President’s Office, Cabinet of Ministers, State Council and independent experts, who chose twelve winners.
