On December 4, at the presentation of projects of heads of state authorities and municipal regions by results of the training of SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management "Effective management: Strategy. Actions.Results", Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic needs managers who meet the needs of the time.
The training organized by SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management and Higher School of public and municipal administration of Kazan Federal University, and Tatarstan Presidential Department of state service and personnel started on May 15. Seventy people including ministers, heads of agencies, municipal regions and city districts took part in the programme.
The first module was about straregic planning, the second related to investment planning, the third module was themed “Regional management: cooperation and development, work with stakeholder maps”. The fourth module “Project management” included the analysis of project management methods that foster the development of private and state sectors in the region and help local government to achieve strategic goals. The fifth module was called “Public speaking: methods of persuasion”. Participants were divided in six groups to develop a project connected with the “Strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030”.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked rector of SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management Andrei Sharonov for the given opportunity to pass the training.
