RT President Rustam Minnikhanov inspected construction sites for objects of social mortgage in Kazan.

Touring started from construction site on Gabisheva st. Here the President was met by Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, executive director of State housing fund under RT President Talgat Abdullin, RT acting deputy minister of construction, architecture and housing – director general of state unitary enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” Irek Faizullin, acting first deputy minister of finances - director of treasury department Marat Faizrakhmanov, the representatives of State construction supervision and contracting companies. It is planned to construct 4 multi-apartment houses by social mortgage program on this site in 2010.

President of Tatarstan took up information on work process and solving several issues regarding some paper work and object financing.

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that financing of objects by social mortgage program should be reasonable. Funds are to be allocated for construction works and purchase of construction materials.

After that Rustam Minnikhanov visited the building sites on Fuchika and Minskaya streets.

The customer of the whole social mortgage program is JSC “Housing investment company”.
