Rustam Minnikhanov: All conditions for proper education of the younger generation are created in Tatarstan

On Novemebr 26, Tatarstan President took part in the 4th forum of All-Russia programme “Sanctity of maternity” at S.Saidashev big state concert hall. The forum was organized by the Cener of national glory and Fund of Andrei Pervozvanny with the auspices of Endowment fund "ISTOKI" and Tatarstan Government. The forum discussed ways of the preservation of continuance of spiriautal and moral traditions of family life.

Welcoming the guests, Rustam Minnikhanov said that the forum was held in Kazan because Tatarstan is known for its high moral statues and close-knit families that preserve tradiditons of mutual respect. He noted that all conditions for the birth and proper education of the younger generation are created in Tatarstan, and a stable natural population growth has been observed in the republic since 2011.

Minnikhanov stated that 68 per cent of the regional budget funds were allocated for implementation of the priority socially important challenges this year.  According to the president, a large number of big families in the republic (30.5 thousand) are a criterion of wellbeing and confidence of Tatarstan citizens in the future.

“Only a strong family guarantees preservation of traditions and culture, and the native language,” Rustam Minnikhanov summarized.
