Results of trip of Tatarstan delegation to Finland and Luxembourg summarized in Kazan

On November Results of trip of Tatarstan delegation headed by the President Rustam Minnikhanov to Finland on November 15-16 and Luxembourg on November 19-20 were summarized at the Cabinet of Ministers in Kazan.

Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov told that in Finland the delegation met with leadership of Aalto University, visited Heureka science center and Startup Sauna accelerator for small and medium-size IT companies. Investment, innovative and industrial potential of Tatarstan was presented at Finland-Tatarstan business forum.  

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and Finpro, which helps Finnish SMEs go international, encourages foreign direct investment in Finland and promotes tourism, signed memorandum of mutual understanding. Agreements were signed between Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce, IT-park and Aalto Center for Entrepreneurship.

During the visit to Luxembourg, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Grand Duke of Luxembourg Henri. A meeting of the delegation with Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of economy, minister of internal security and defence of Luxembourg, Co-chairman of the Joint Russian-Luxembourg Commission on Economic Cooperation Étienne Schneider at Château de Bourglinster.
