State automated system of record keeping and info- analytical system of monitoring capital investment program presented to RT President Rustam Minnikhanov

Two automated systems have been presented to RT President Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting in House of RT Government.

RT Minister of economy Marat Safiullin presented the state automated system of record keeping and info- analytical system of monitoring capital investment program.

By his words with acceptance of these programs a new stage in state management system will begin.

The development of state automated system of target program management has been realizing during three years. Marat Safiullin noted there had never been such experience in Russia.

The system allows evaluating how efficiently this or that target program is realized, when it should be stopped or corrected.

State automated system of target program management allows solving such tasks as improvement of effectiveness of budget expenses management, management for programs and their monitoring, analysis, control and management for efficiency.

Presentation was done by the example of realization of target programs “Children of Tatarstan” and “Electronic Tatarstan”.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has approved introduction of state automated system of target program management in republican ministries.

RT President suggested to inform all the ministries on introduction of new programs. Two ministries would become “pilot” ones - RT Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and Centre of information technologies (CIT) under RT Cabinet.

On a commission from RT President Rustam Minnikhanov the training seminars are due to be organized in ministries.
