Kazan is fully provided with ice and snow removal machines

On November 10, at a briefing on readiness of road organizations of the republic for working in winter conditions, Chairman of the Committee of municipal improvement of Kazan Executive Committee Igor Kulyazhev informed that Kazan is provided with road machinery by 100 per cent. There are four organizations with 566 units of equipment in the city.

Kulyazhev told that six snow melting stations will be working for 24 hours. Main roads and central streets are being covered with deicing agents, and minor roads are being covered with the sand/salt mixture.
