Tatarstan institutions of health care, culture, social protection, youth and sports replenished their vehicle fleet by 100 units

Today RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov handed over to representatives of institutions of health care, culture, social protection, youth and sport keys from 100 new cars. The event took place on NCC “Kazan” square.

All the cars have been assembled in Tatarstan within the framework of agreement on co-financing purchase of vehicles and communal machinery concluded by RF government, RF Ministry of regional development and Republic Tatarstan.

On the one hand, it is a federal program realized in conditions of co-financing by regional budgets; it supports development of automobile industry in conditions of slow economic growth. On the other hand, the program allow to renew auto park in institutions and organizations.

“Today we are finishing realization of last-year program on allocating funds for municipal and state needs developed by RF government”, - Rustam Minnikhanov said.

By words of Rustam Minnikhanov in spite of financial crisis much is being done in republic for strengthening material and technical base of ministries.

Head of Tatarstan government hopes that federal program will be continued in 2010 and republic will participate in it again.
