Mintimer Shaimiev congratulates Rustam Minnikhanov on winning the presidential elections

On September 14, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev congratulated Rustam Minnikhanov on winning presidential elections. The first President of Tatarstan said it was a splendid victory.

“Such level of credibility confers more responsibility on you before electors and Tatarstan people,” Mintimer Shaimiev said and wished Rustam Minnikhanov further achievements in his work at the head of the republic that will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2020.
