Aleksei Pesoshin holds session of regional trilateral commission for regulation of social and labour relations

On September 9, at the Tatarstan Government House, Acting Prime Minister of the republic Aleksei Pesoshin held a session of the regional trilateral commission for regulation of social and labour relations.

Members of the commission discussed the draft agreement between the Tatarstan Federation of labour unions, Coordination council of the Association of employers, and Cabinet of Ministers of the republic on minimum salary in Tatarstan.

According to Chairman of the Federation of labour unions Tatyana Vodopyanova, the minimum salary of 7,309 roubles per month (more than 80% of the living wage in the republic) is proposed to be fixed in Tatarstan.

Tatyana Vodopyanova asked members of the commission to define the terms for signing the agreement between labour unions, Association of employers, and Cabinet of Ministers of the republic in order to put it into force in November 2015.

Director General of the Association of enterprises and entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksei Pakhomov, who took part in the session, said that the association understands the importance of raising living standards of population, increasing salary and citizens’ income notwithstanding the economic crisis.

Members of the commission considered the federal bill “On introducing amendments to certain legislative acts” (in terms of fixing minimum guarantees for labour payment).

Awarding of the winners of the regional round of All-Russia contest “Russian organization of high social efficiency” 2014 took place later on.
