On August 30, in a meeting hall of the Kazan International equestrian complex Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met Iran Consul General in Kazan Rasul Bagernejad Shayan.

Welcoming Mr. Consul General, Minnikhanov noted that he has visited Islamic Republic of Iran several times as well as delegations of Iranian colleagues have been to Kazan.

Minnikhanov continued that the diplomatic work involves different relocations and new appointments. He expressed his gratitude to Rasul Bagernejad Shayan for his work as Consul General of Iran in Kazan and wished him success in his further career.
