Rustam Minnikhanov opens new kindergarten in Buinsk

On July 21, during his working trip to Buinsk, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a new kindergarten “Svetoforik” for 140 children.

Rustam Minnikhanov was about additional educational services available for children to develop their visual, music, intellectual and dancing skills.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that opening of the new kindergarten is an important event for the region. He reminded that 76 kindergartens are to open in 2015 in the republic.

Also, Minnikhanov visited the meat manufacturing department in Buinsk. Director of OOO “Avangard” (OAO “Ak Bars” Holding Company) Nikolay Kurchatkin told about his enterprise. Minnikhanov thanked leadership of OAO “Ak Bars” Holding Company for establishing new production facilities.
