In 2009, 47143 acts of birth registered in Republic Tatarstan that 5 % more than in 2008. Number of death records made 48073 that 2,4 % less than in previous year.
Department head Elmira Zaripova informed about it at a board session of Management civil registrations (REGISTRY OFFICE) of RT Cabinet.

RT Prime minister Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a work of the board.

In total, in 2009, in Tatarstan it was registered 148815 certificates of civil condition that corresponds to a level of 2008.

On results of 2009, out of 47143 newborn 53,6 % (25282) - first-borns, 35,4 % (16688) - second children, the third - 8,5 % (4002), the fourth and more make 2,5 % (1171).

In comparison with 2008, the growth of birth of the second children by 9 % is marked.

For 2009, the marital union in Tatarstan was concluded by 29 392 pairs.

Moreover, marriage registration for the accounting period in Kazan increased 3 %, and in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny - almost 10 %.

Furthermore, for the past year 14669 certificates of divorce were registered that by 1002 is less, than in 2008.

Elmira Zaripova reported on introduction of information technologies in a work of Registry Office bodies. So the automated information system AIS Registry Office has been put in operation in all managements and departments of Registry Office. The system has been certificated by Federal service on technical and export control) according to safety requirements.

For formation of electronic archive of Registry Office bodies the opportunities of organization of public works (that allows to create additional temporary workplaces) are actively used in the republic.

More in detail, general director of the Center of information technologies Nikolai Nikiforov told about new information system of Registry Office bodies.

As he said, among the tasks faced by Registry Office bodies in 2010 is finalizing of works on connection of all rural settlements (institutions of local government) to AIS Registry Office.

For today, out of 881 institutions of local government it has been connected 750, the remained expected to be linked not later January 2010.

Further, creation on-line archive of all records, organization of interdepartmental interaction, further development AIS Registry Office is supposed.

Summing up works of Registry Office bodies in 2009, RT Prime minister noted, that today it is time to pass from simple statistics to the analysis of the received data.

As he said, in 2009, RT Management of civil registration worked actively, and in a realm of introduction of information technologies Registry Office bodies have managed to leave a number of departments far behind.
