By results of checking the quality of engine oils 91 cases of mismatch have been revealed in Tatarstan. Such an information was presented by Head of State institution “Management for ensuring efficient usage and quality of fuel and energy resources in RT” Robert Gilyaziev at briefing in RT Cabinet.

By and large 2 865 samples of engine oil have been selected and tested in 2009 (91 cases of disparity - 3,2 % from the total number of samples). By words of Mr Gilyaziev 3164 samples were selected and tested in 2008 (101 cases of non-conformity were revealed).

We remind that on December, 1-31 a month's campaign for checking the quality of engine oils was held in republic. During this period 11 complaints for quality of engine oil have been received via “hot line”. According to Mr Gilyaziev 725 fuel stations are functioning in Tatarstan.

Robert Gilyaziev said that samples had been selected at fuel stations belonging to “Tatneft”, “Tatnefteprodukt”, departmental fuel stations and fuel stations of individual entrepreneurs, “Avtodorstroy”. As a matter of fact, maximum number of mismatch cases fall to diesel fuel.
