Chairman of Permanent committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China Zhang Dejiang arrives in Kazan

On June 9, Chairman of Permanent committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China Zhang Dejiang, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan, was met by Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin at Kazan international airport.

On June 10 Mr Zhang Dejiang will have official meetings with leadership of the republic, visit Kazan helicopters plant and Kazan Federal University, take part in a session of Tatarstan State Council.

In the afternoon Mr Zhang Dejiang will visit the Kazan Kremlin, Kol Sharif Mosque and Annunciation Cathedral.
