Results of housing capital repair in Tatarstan will be reported on December, 15

RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin informed at meeting in RT Cabinet that Tatarstan plans to commission about 2 mln. m² of housing in 2010. All municipal regions of republic took part in videoconference meeting held by RT PM Rustam Minnikhanov.

Marat Khusnullin said that plans for housing construction in 2010 are the same as in 2009. He noted that by results of 11 months 1 mln. 761 thousand m² of housing have been commissioned in republic. It was possible due to efforts of some municipal regions. At the same time in 5 municipal regions rates were lower than average republican ones.

Marat Khusnullin also underlined the problems with financing housing constructed by social mortgage program in 6 municipal regions. Procurement of building materials using electronic trade site ETIS has been arranged.

Regarding major repair of multi-family houses in Tatarstan Marat Khusnullin said that it is planned to hold final Board of RT Ministry of construction with participation of Director General of Fund of assistance to housing and communal reform Konstantin Tsitsin on December,15.

Head of State housing fund under RT President Talgat Abdullin said that 773 veteran families have chosen housing (within frameworks of program of proving housing for veterans on the threshold of 65-anniversary of Victory).

RT Deputy Minister of finances Marat Faizrakhmanov reported on receipt of funds to the accounts of State housing fund.

RT PM Rustam Minnikhanov informed that it is planned to hold Security Council in Kazan Kremlin with participation of RT President Mintimer Shaimiev on December, 14.
