Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met delegation of the Government of the Perm territory led by Chairman of the Government of the Perm territory Valery Sukhikh

Members of delegation of the Government of the Perm  territory  led by Chairman of the Government of the Perm territory Valery Sukhikh  met  today at  the House of the  RT Government with PM RT Rustam Minnikhanov. The purpose of visit  by  delegation of the neighboring   region consists in studying experience of Tatarstan in sphere of modern information technologies.

Welcoming visitors, the Head of the government of republic noted, that "he was very glad to  meet « Rubin»-« Barcelona » fotball teams. The republic Tatarstan and the Perm territory enter in ten subjects which form power of our country. Contacts, an exchange of experience in conditions of crisis are especially important. We can show you as the Electronic Government  is operating , an electronic trading platform. It is very interesting to us to discuss in common with  you  the  questions of interaction with municipal formations, federal bodies of the government ".  

Chairman of the Government of the Perm territory Valery Sukhikh  in a reciprocal word  expressed gratitude for a warm reception, feelings of pleasure and pride of a team  "Rubin". He  emphasized, that « our meetings became regular, time in two years. And it is interesting to us to observe, what breakthroughs our neighbors have. I consider , that the philosophy of management at us can be different, but the concrete result is important. In fact, the population appreciates us that we are  doing, instead of our plans. We are ready to share with you what  is with  us. If to speak about modern information technologies we can tell and show how with  us record on reception to the doctor  is possible;  the check of progress of children at school is carried out, etc. We have many opportunities effectively to cooperate in the name of strengthening economy and social sphere of our regions and all country as a whole». Rustam Minnikhanov has thanked visitors for visit and  expressed a wish that meetings were more often, than time in two years.

During a visit the delegation of the Government of Perm territory  will study  functioning portals of the Government of Republic Tatarstan and municipal formations  of the Republic Tatarstan automated information system of centralized state purchases, interdepartmental system of electronic document circulation of bodies of the government of Republic Tatarstan, information-analytical system of bodies of the government of Republic Tatarstan, experience of introduction of the software on the basis of the open codes (Open Source) in educational establishments of Republic Tatarstan, etc.
