Ceremony of awarding state awards of Russian Federation and Republic Tatarstan has been held in hall of celebrations in Kazan Kremlin.

RT Deputy Prime Minister - RT Minister of culture Zilya Valeeva was honoured with Order of Friendship – the State Award of Russian Federation. The award was presented by RT President Mintimer Shaimiev in Kazan Kremlin.
