Chairman of RT Government Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening a seminar «Financial structures and instruments of Luxembourg»

Prime Minister of Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening a seminar «Financial structures and instruments of Luxembourg». The event took place at the «Korston» and gathered heads and chiefs of departments of financial and legal divisions of bank sphere, major companies of Republic Tatarstan, legal and financial advisers.

RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, Tatneft CEO Shafagat Takhautdinov, chairman of RT National bank Evgeny Bogachyov, president of RT Association of entrepreneurs and businessmen Alexander Lavrentev and others took part in a seminar likewise.

Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Great Duchy of Luxembourg to the Russian Federation Mr. Gaston Stronk opened a seminar.
He gave a brief characteristic to Luxembourg, having noted, that, despite of the small area, serious bank structures here are concentrated, the financial sector is well developed.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Mr. Stronk for his contribution to developing relations between Luxembourg and Tatarstan as one of regions of Russia. He reminded that arrangements on the organization of this seminar had been accomplished earlier, and Ambassador of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Russia has fulfilled the promises. «This seminar - confirmation of your activity, mister ambassador, - told Rustam Minnikhanov, addressing Mr Stronk. - Such form of dialogue is important and useful for business circles of Tatarstan».

According to head of RT government, the seminar will enable the business representatives of Tatarstan and Luxembourg better to learn each other, to exchange experience in different spheres.

Rustam Minnikhanov stated also that the representatives of republic would take advantage of the invitation and visit Luxembourg with business goals.

Further, tax partner, ЅAllen&Overy Luxembourg Mr Jean Luke Fish (with the report «Luxembourg - the advanced European center of investment instruments»), head of department on planning Ann-Kristin Ljussi (the report «Management of private capital and structurization of asserts in Luxembourg») came out with reports before seminar participants.
