RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated teachers on Teacher’s Day

A solemn celebration in honour of teachers has been held today in KRK “Korston” (Kazan). Head of Tatarstan government reminded that currently a complex program for developing the system of education is being worked out in Tatarstan. It was initiated by Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev who defined it as the main priority in the republic.

By words of Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan is examining the experience of leading countries in educational sphere for the best ideas to be realized in a complex program of developing RT education.

Later, Head of Tatarstan Government presented awards to the best teachers for merits in the sphere of education and long-term work.
