Flu levels continue to rise every week in Tatarstan

On February 17, at a briefing on sanitary-epidemiological situation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare in Tatarstan, chief sanitary doctor Marina Patyashina said that 14 flu cases were registered in the republic. The level of flu and ARVI is non-epidemic, however, flu levels continue to rise every week, she added.

Patyashina has said that some schools were closed in order to prevent rise in flu cases.
