On January 28, at a regular session of OAO Tatneft Board of directors held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, outcomes of budget execution of ОАО Tatneft for 2014 were discussed, and  February budget was approved.

Experts of the Department of internal audit carried out 11 planned audit inspections of financial and economic activity, and took part in implementation of nonscheduled projects, such as development of purchase services and material and technical resources.  

In conclusion, the issues related to holding of annual shareholders’ meeting by results of work in 2014 were considered.
